Michael Pittman is a 20+ year wireless industry executive with a track record of building and scaling B2B-focused telecommunications companies. Beginning his career in 2005 in secondary-market cellular hardware, he helped develop global refurbishment and lifecycle channels before moving into data-device hardware distribution, where he applied innovative provisioning strategies for international carriers. Identifying a growing demand for hardware deployment services in the U.S. B2B market, he founded Connected Solutions Group (CSG) in 2015 to combine cost-efficient cellular hardware with full-service deployment capabilities for carriers and enterprise customers. Under Pittman’s leadership, CSG became one of the industry’s top value-added resellers, earning national recognition—including ranking as the 8th fastest-growing company in America—and building a powerful nationwide partnership with Verizon Business. In 2025, he co-founded Katalyst to deliver carrier-agnostic 5G and fixed wireless devices for small businesses across North America. Pittman currently serves as CEO of both CSG and Katalyst. He lives outside Richmond, Virginia, with his wife and twin boys.
