Rob Scott is a proven operator and transformative CEO with a multi-decade record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting technology and innovation-driven companies. He has led multiple startups, turnarounds, and corporate ventures, earning a reputation for stepping into complex environments and creating engines of growth. He currently serves as CEO of Let’s Go Sports Group—spanning Let’s Go Racing, the Celebrity Athlete Golf Tour, and WinWinAI—and as CEO of Trilio, a global leader in cloud-native data protection. His leadership track includes high-impact exits at Cygilant and Bradford Networks, and major corporate transformations at Hewlett Packard, where he drove the $400M sale of HP Halo to Polycom and helped scale HP Networking to a $3B run-rate through the acquisition of 3Com. Beyond core operating roles, Rob brings extensive board and industry expertise across fintech, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology, including service on the boards of Square 1 Bank and Avid Bank and on Fortinet’s Customer Advisory Board.
